When I Come Off Diazepam When Can I Drink

Panna cotta with vanilla and applesauce

Ingredients for 6 glasses:

- 70 of cream

- 40g of sugar.

- 1 vanilla bean

- 5 sheets gelatin

- 3 Golden Delicious apples

- 20 g sugar

- almonds tapered

Preparation:

Put cream and sugar in a saucepan and heat over low heat.

Split your vanilla bean and scrape it to remove the seeds, put them in the preparation of cream, simmer at least 5 min and add the gelatine (soaked in cold water). Mix well and cool.

Pour the cream into glasses half filling in ls. Tilt your glasses and block them in your fridge (this will give a nice aesthetic). Let them cool for as long as the panna cotta sets.

Prepare your sauce: peel and cut apples into small dice. Make them warm in a covered pan with a little water for 15 minutes.

Put a little sauce in each glass just before serving and add a few toasted almonds before.

NB: the effect of "leaning" of the glass is nice and visible if you Mettes a berry coulis or caramel instead of applesauce.

Once you add the cream sauce freezes over back in the fridge until ready to serve
