I Have A Thin Upper Body But A Fat Lower Body

The chrononutrition: Another way to eat ... and to lose weight

The chrononutrition: Another way to eat ... and to lose weight

You may have ever heard of chrononutrition?

I tested this way of eating a few years ago (See my article http://bool.over-blog.com/article-1902638.html ) and it worked well, but for several reasons, I stopped ... and taken the 4 pounds I had lost .

I decided a month ago to get back because since my marriage, I do not know why, my husband and I have the bad habit of eating more than before (and we're hungry ...) but also going much too often in restaurants ...
Result: few extra pounds (not much but they bother me) ... The

chrononutrition, in addition to losing my ugly pounds and have a more harmonious body, also allows me (and it works fine) to discipline myself against these bad habits.

In one month, and I lost 2.3 kg, and especially centimeters (- 3 size - 2 for the hips, and none for the chest, which is very important for us women is that not?).

What's great is that you lose slowly but surely, while having fun because chrononutrition is not a diet: no cravings inappropriate because we eat our fill and virtually all foods are allowed (eg french fries, sauces or ...).

Let me explain the principle? Go! It

Dr. Delabos, a nutritionist at Rouen, who developed this method, he also created the Institute for European Research on Nutrition (IREN) and has written many books on chrononutrition.

This program is not a food plan, strictly speaking, since all foods are allowed (except for milk because the lactose - so the yogurt and cottage cheese - and the soup). The
chrononutrition corresponds rather to a balanced diet that is based on the fact that all food is good for the body if you eat it at the right time of day and the right amount, our bodies, in fact, not equating the various foods in the same way as it is eaten in the morning or afternoon.

must therefore eat well:

- Breakfast: fat because the body needs fat. Cheese (all cheeses are allowed, no need to make lighter), bread (except bread or toast, sweet), butter and unsweetened drink (you'll understand: in the morning, do not take sugar, it doesn is not the right time).

- Lunch: hearty to take all day: meat, red or white, and slightly starchy (all are allowed).

- Taste: sweet (dark chocolate - with or without seeds - seeds or unsalted nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pine nuts ...) and fruit (fresh fruit or fruit juice, or stewed etc ...).

- Evening: Light (or nothing if not hungry) or white meat (and recommended) fish (fatty or not) or seafood, with a little vegetables.

The method, which is aimed at both women and men, also relies on another factor: the morphotype.

This is our silhouette, defined according to our measurements (chest, turn size, right hip and very importantly, the diameter of the wrist). Our food is well adapted to our morphotype (for my part, I am Cheops). Chrononutrition can smoothly distribute the volumes of our body.

It is important, you will also have understood since the method is based on the internal clock of our body, to carefully observe when we take our meals: breakfast is best taken before 8 am ( do not we say that the future belongs to those who get up early?), lunch 5 h after a minimum, the minimum sample 4 h after lunch (and only if one hungry), dinner at least 2 hours after snack (if you're hungry) and always at least 2 hours before bedtime.
Important: no meal should be skipped, except if the dinner was not hungry at night. All others are necessary and important.

And icing on the cake: we are entitled to two meals 'joker' s per week (not on the same day) where anything goes: starter, main course, dessert, drink, wine ... we are entitled to eat what we enjoy (not by done orgy still ...). The pleasure comes first!

I think you have said everything, or almost, if you want more information, feel free to ask me questions in comments or you can visit (and why you write?) forum Official chrononutrition (here http://chrono.aceboard.fr/index.php?login = 275447) or the website of Dr. Delabos (there http://www.chronoregime.com/ ).
